At Yes4Pets, we prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets, which is why we have a strict policy against accepting any exchanges or returns to prevent cross-infection between animals. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defects, we've got you covered! You have a 15-day window from the purchase date to request an exchange for a replacement.

 

Please note that the following examples are not acceptable for exchange or return:

- Personal preferences such as disliking the color of the received order.

- Your pet's preference for a particular item.

- Selecting the wrong size or a different item than intended.

- General dislike for the product.

However, if you do experience a defect from the manufacturer, please get in touch with us at info@yes4pets.shop and provide the following information:

In the SUBJECT of the email:

  • Order number.

In the BODY of the email:

  • Description of the issue.

In the ATTACHEMENT of the email:

  • Clear photographs of the item and close-up shots of the defected part.

 In the event of refused shipments, a 15% restocking fee and the Return to Sender shipping fee will apply. Moreover, if the order is returned to us and you wish to have it shipped again, you'll be responsible for covering the double shipping fee.
